“We were lucky enough to work with Christina after the birth of our 2nd child, she had helped us as a postpartum night doula from February through March 2020. I wish we had her with our first! My husband and I were both unsure of how comfortable we would be wish someone staying in our house overnight. We were also concerned about the expense. It was so easy to trust Christina in our home caring for our precious newborn son, and I cannot imagine having to go through this period without her. She was calming and nurturing from the moment we met her.

As a breastfeeding mom, I felt she offered the exact support I needed and was very flexible depending on what worked for us to get through the night. For us it was having her sleep in our guest room with the baby in a bassinet, bottle feeding and diaper changing as needed. I woke up to pump after a 4-5 hour stretch of sleep (and even longer after I realized I had a good milk supply), and then went back to sleep. We were so grateful to get the long stretches of sleep we needed in those early months.

We also appreciated having her expertise, again something I wish we had after our first baby. I know we would not have had so much success getting our newborn to sleep through the night without her. She could tell the difference between hunger cues and when the baby just needed a little bit of comfort to get back to sleep, something we didn't know to look for. This got him sleeping longer stretches almost immediately. She gave us tips for nights she wasn't around.

Our experience with Christina was better than we could have hoped for. She is so kind, and we all miss her! I would work with her again in a heartbeat, and I have her on speed dial if we need more help through any sleep regressions. I sincerely cannot say enough good things, which is why this review is so long.”

“We highly recommend Christina as a postpartum doula! She is fantastic with babies - she has a magic touch.

Christina spent a few nights per week with our baby for 7 weeks. She also helped during daytimes once or twice
per week. It was empowering for us to sleep a full night's rest without the worry of our son waking up, and helping
him back to bed. Any guilt that comes with 'taking a break' from your baby, goes away when you realize the
improved sleep made us much more attentive, focused parents during the days. The daytime breaks were icing on
the cake, as it allowed us to get out of the house for errands, walks, workouts, etc. Clear our minds and again, be
better, more present parents.

Our baby arrived quite early and had an extended NICU stay. Christina was flexible with us to make
sure we received postpartum care at the right time, and the right cadence. She was diligent in attending to what we needed.

“We chose to hire Christina during my recovery from a c section after my husband returned to work. We have two
school aged children, and I knew my limited mobility would be a challenge as I cared for my new son and tried to
get my older two to school and activities. My experience with Christina proved to be so much more valuable than I
imagined.

Even though I am an experienced mother, I so appreciated Christina's insights and advice, whether it was about
nursing, sleeping, "playtime", etc. Every baby is different, and as new challenges presented themselves, she was
there, supporting me every step of the way. It was very comforting having someone with her knowledge and
experience to ask when I was having doubts.

Christina made sure that I took care of myself so I could be the best mom to my new baby.As moms, we naturally
put our children's needs ahead of our own. Having someone to look out for me as I recovered was an enormous blessing.

I was instantly comfortable with Christina. thought it would feel odd to have someone I didn't know in my home, but
she put me at ease the moment we met. She knew exactly what I needed... Anything from talking through baby
challenges, to light housework, meal planning and prep to taking the baby so I could complete a project of my own.

I wish my time with Christina didn't have to end so soon. She gave me rest, peace of mind, and support where I
needed it most each day. She built a wonderful relationship with our whole family, and we will always be grateful to
have met her!”

“I want to express my gratitude for all your help and support over the last four months. Taking care of our daughter while we sleep has been life changing for us. We appreciate everything you have done along the way and this care that you provided to our family has taught me that even experienced mothers need to ask for support.”
